The International Maternal Pediatric Adolescent AIDS Clinical Trials Group (IMPAACT) P1074 protocol team would like to invite applications from IMPAACT members and other interested investigators for proposed analyses of the P1074 database. P1074, A Prospective Surveillance Study of Long-Term Outcomes in HIV-Infected Infants, Children, and Adolescents, contains a wealth of data from 2008 to the present for more than 1000 study subjects, including demographics, diagnoses, medications, laboratory parameters (viral load and CD4 counts), and growth parameters. Additionally, for a majority of subjects, data can be combined with data from other PACTG/IMPAACT studies to provide many years of longitudinal information.
This solicitation is open to IMPAACT members and investigators who are not affiliated with the IMPAACT network. As appropriate, the P1074 protocol team will help identify members of the P1074 protocol team and/or other IMPAACT investigators who can assist with proposed analyses. Due to limitations of IMPAACT resources, the team would like to receive proposals by August 12, 2013. Applications should be submitted in a standard IMPAACT data analysis concept sheet (DACS) format (template available on the IMPAACT website, https://impaactgroup.org/) to the P1074 protocol team (impaact.teamp1074@fstrf.org). The P1074 team will review and prioritize the proposals received. The number of proposals chosen for full analysis will depend on available resources. Complete surveillance reports with numbers of clinical events and diagnosis incidence rates are available at https://impaactgroup.org/. You will need to login to the P1074 Protocol Specific Web Page (PSWP). Please direct any queries to the team at impaact.teamp1074@fstrf.org.
